P.A.C.E. (Personal Advancement & Career Enhancement) is a comprehensive learning program for female garment workers. Women participating in P.A.C.E. receive 65 – 80 hours of life skills education followed by enhanced technical training that helps them become more effective at work and improve their personal lives. Female garment workers that have completed the program have the skills and knowledge to move into management or supervisory roles at factories and better lead in their families and communities.
